Comedian Sam Kinison’s ex-wife is still waiting for the minister-turned-comic to make a $50,000 alimony payment, prompting a contempt-of-court claim, her attorney Marvin Mitchelson said. Mitchelson said on Wednesday that the comedian was scheduled to pay Terry Kinison $50,000, covering his alimony obligation for 1990, by Jan. 5. Mitchelson said he planned to ask a Superior Court judge to require Kinison to pay $10,000 in fines at a hearing scheduled for March 9.
